Directions
We are located on the 19th floor of the Capitol Center Tower. Capitol Center Tower is in the middle of downtown Columbia, on the corners of Main, Gervais, and Assembly Streets. It is easy to find, as it is the tallest building in Columbia, and is located directly across Gervais Street from the Statehouse.
Parking is available either on the street or in the adjacent parking garage, which can be entered from Lady Street.
To reach our offices from either Charleston or Greenville, approach Columbia on I-26, taking the I-126 branch toward the city. As I-126 ends at the edge of downtown Columbia, take the Huger Street exit and continue on Huger Street until reaching Gervais Street. Turn left on Gervais Street and continue to Assembly Street. The building will be on your left.
To reach our offices from Charlotte, approach Columbia from I-77, then take the I-277 exit toward the city. I-277 becomes Bull Street. Continue south on Bull Street until reaching Gervais Street. Turn right on Gervais Street. The building will be on your right.
