Blaney Coskrey has been practicing law in S.C. state and federal courts for twenty years.  He represents business and individual clients in civil litigation throughout the state of South Carolina. His practice has focused on business and employment disputes (including sexual harassment and disability discrimination), but has also included a wide range of civil litigation, including property disputes, civil rights issues, personal injury (dog bites, for example), construction matters, and professional malpractice. He strives to offer the benefits of a small firm, including easy, prompt, and direct communication between client and attorney.  With a focus on cost efficiency and the benefits of technology, he works to offer quality representation to clients.

Mr. Coskrey is also certified South Carolina circuit court and United States District Court (D.S.C) mediator.  He provides mediation services to persons in conflict, including those in pending litigation, working to achieve a resolution satisfactory to all parties.
